Working hours are 8 hours a day between 9 am and 8 pm (AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME), Monday to Friday KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Setting appointments for Senior Account Executives to sell our Professional Services to potential clients in Australia • Making outbound calls to existing clients to inform them about new products and services • Conducting products based campaigns through outbound calling • Following up on provided leads • Assisting the team with the data entry tasks when needed • Showing proactive approach to find correct information and new solutions • Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction • Key account management KEY REQUIREMENTS • Being able to work from home • Having a working computer and a High Quality Noise free headsets • Having a High Speed Internet Service • Having the ability to understand Australian and British accents • Being Accent Neutral during conversations with prospects • Having some experience in Telesales and/or Tele appointing and/or Inbound Customer Care would be an added advantage. • Face to face customer service experience is also welcome • Prior exposure to Sales environment • Great phone manners • Attention to details • Customer focused/orientated • Exceptional communication skills • Being able to communicate the message in your own style • Being able to close the sales over the phone EMPLOYMENT TERMS | JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES | TELE APPOINTERS We are willing to pay the right candidates an hourly wage (Negotiable) Working hours are 8 hours a day between 9 am and 8 pm (AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME), Monday to Friday Full training provided. The trial period ends when a candidate completes 1800 phone calls (Approx. 40 hours of calling). In the event that they have taken any days off during the trial period, it will be extended until such time that they complete 1800 outbound phone calls (Approx. 40 hours of calling). We expect the candidates to make a minimum of 2 appointments that lead to sale of our Service Bundles (2 New clients to be acquired) during the trial period. These must be fully qualified appointments that can be turn into sales with very little input from a Senior Telesales Account Executive over the or a Sales Executive in person. The first pay will be calculated straight after the candidate completes 7200 outbound phone calls (Approximately 160 hours of calling) and payment will be made 14 days from the day that candidate completes 7200 outbound phone calls. The probationary period ends when a candidate completes 45,000 outbound phone calls (Approx. 1000 hours of calling). We also expect the candidates to make a minimum of 50 appointments that lead to sale of our Service Bundles (50 New clients to be acquired) during the probationary period. The first week salary will be paid to the staff member who successfully completes the trial period of 1800 outbound phone calls with a minimum of 2 appointments that lead to sale of our Service Bundles (2 New clients to be acquired) upon confirmation of payment by the clients and 14 days from the day that candidate completes 7200 outbound phone calls. All staff members must satisfy all KPIs every week one of which is acquiring 2 new clients every week by making a minimum of 2 appointments that lead to sale of our Service Bundles. $50 will be paid as a commission for every appointment that turns into a successful sale on selected campaigns. These must be fully qualified appointments that can be turn into sales with very little input from a Senior Telesales Account Executive over the or a Sales Executive in person. All staff members who brings in recurring orders of Tele appointing will be paid a recurring commission of $50 for every 40 hour block purchased by the existing clients under their portfolio of clients.
